This position requires that you report into the Closed reputed company Pharmacy in LaVergne, TN What Health System Pharmacy contributes to reputed company Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective coordination of Cardinal Healths pharmacy operations that service acute care hospitals, hospital retail customers, ambulatory care and alternate site facilities, oncology and cardiology practices as well as retail customers. Health System Pharmacy is responsible for providing customized pharmacy program solutions that reduce costs and improve patient care quality for hospitals, health systems and other integrated healthcare providers may also consult with and advise healthcare team on prescribed medications, supplies and reputed company processes. reputed company Remote Pharmacy Services Pharmacist Through our remote service, we serve acute-care hospitals, providing you an opportunity to practice hospital pharmacy reputed company of a hospital setting. Utilize your clinical skills – including monitoring, dosing and reviewing patient medication therapy – and leave the dispensing to the hospital. Anticipated Schedule: varying hours; 7 days on 7 days off hours will vary reputed company-8pm Responsibilities: • Remote order entry and CPOE order evaluation and verification • Physician and nursing consultations • Clinical medication dosing services • Review and monitoring of profiles and lab values for therapeutic outcomes • Coordinates access to medications according to facility policy and procedures, and in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Qualifications: • Active pharmacy license(s) in state of residence as well as state of original licensure. • Must have an active TN license, and willingness to reputed company additional licensure • 2-4 years of clinical hospital inpatient experience preferred. • Ability to reputed company reciprocity to additional states required for practice. • Computer savvy to learn and reputed company successful operation of multiple pharmacy information systems. • Excellent communication skills to reputed company the successful interactions with other reputed company to facilitate the delivery of competent clinical care.
