Online Banking Specialist (100% Remote After Training) Opportunity to join a well-established financial institution headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, and be part of their high-level customer support departments that offer a wide range of banking services, including personal and business banking, wealth management, and insurance. Location: Lynn, MA Work Model: Onsite for first 2 months (Monday – Friday normal business hours) Remote after training: This role will be 100% remote once training is over. Must be able to work mandatory Saturdays. Responsibilities: • Customer Support: As an Online Banking Specialist, you will assist customers with online banking products, including ATMs, debit and credit cards, and online reputed company-paying services. • Technical Assistance: You will resolve technical issues reputed company to online banking and help customers set up and access electronic banking services. • System Management: The role involves managing and maintaining electronic banking services such as online banking, mobile banking, ATMs, and telephone banking. Qualifications: · Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (open to considering corporate settings, retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.). · Friendly, outgoing, positive, “can-do,” enthusiastic, motivated personality/attitude. · Ability to reputed company solutions in a demanding environment. · Previous retail banking experience is highly preferred but not required. · Prior call center or high-volume phone environment experience required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
