Phone Sales Representative - Real Estate

Compensation: This is a commission-based position with the potential to earn $75, $100 & $150 per sale depending on package. Also, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales bonuses are awarded. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Phone Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and convincing them to sign up on our website. This is a commission-based position, and you will earn $100 or $150 for every sale you make. Duties and Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential clients using our provided leads. • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Explain our services/products to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner. • Encourage potential clients to sign up on our website and guide them through the process. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions. • Follow up with potential clients as necessary. • Achieve sales targets set by the company. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Familiarity with real estate industry is a plus. • Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software.
