Manage inbound and outbound calls to and from patients, providers, and healthcare insurance companies regarding inquiries, appointments, and data verification Navigate through different EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as "Cerner, Epic, AthenaNet/reputed company, NextGen" Verify the healthcare insurance coverage and eligibility Provide exceptional administrative support which includes (data entry, appointment scheduling, email management, record management, and time-keeping) Establishing a professional relationship with medical professionals and patients; Acts as a primary liaison between patients and providers Strict adherence and compliance with the HIPAA policy You Are: Excellent in communication, both oral and written Demonstrating excellent time management, strong attention to detail, accuracy, impartiality, organization, and computer competences At least 1-2 years of experience in a medical-reputed company background or account; work experience with US medical insurance companies Intermediate skills with Gsuite and/or reputed company Office Familiar with Medical Terminologies A healthcare-reputed company degree is (highly preferred) A professional license in nursing, health, or behavioral sciences is (highly preferred) HIPAA Certification is a plus.
