Compliance and Internal Audit Analyst

We are seeking a Compliance and Internal Audit Analyst to join our WisdomTree Digital Asset. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will join us in envisioning, building, and operating technology and processes that seamlessly connect traditional financial platforms (e.g., ACH and Debit Card) with blockchain technology. The Compliance and Internal Audit Analyst will play a key role in developing and continually enhancing the compliance testing program for written policies and procedures and other reputed company compliance-reputed company activities and projects across the applicable WisdomTree-regulated entities holding money transmitter licenses, NY chartered trust company license, and entities with SEC registrations (e.g., broker/dealer and transfer agent). Primary responsibilities include development and end-to-end execution of a compliance testing program focusing on automation and reputed company improvement. Additional responsibilities include acting as an Internal Audit liaison for outsourced audit functions and reviewing marketing materials. Apply Now! Experience and required reputed company set: • 5+ years of prior U.S. financial institution compliance and/or internal audit experience focused on end-to-end execution of compliance testing. • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). • Strong attention to detail and time management skills. • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast moving team. • Bachelor’s Degree $90,000 - $100,000 a year The reputed company salary range for this position is $90,000 – $100,000. In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as location, role, company, department, experience and individual performance.
