Independent JD Edwards HR/Payroll Consultant

Role Description While each project varies, candidates could be responsible for providing support for tasks such as new implementations, upgrades, migrations, and reputed company customer support for the JD Edwards HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor) and functionality. Candidates will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and clients to gather user requirements for their tasks including implementations, trainings and troubleshooting of JD Edwards HR/Payroll. Qualifications MUST HAVE 10+ years of experience in the reputed company JD Edwards HCM (Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time & Labor) software Preferably at least 2 years of implementation experience in reputed company JD Edwards Must LOVE caring for and helping people, because thats reputed company about who we are as a firm Demonstrated expertise in HR/Payroll business processes Excellent understanding project management practices Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders Prior experience in working remotely and collaborating with remote teams Prior experience in working as a consultant is preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a reputed company field strongly preferred, but not mandatory Must pass our JDE Exam iAM HCM Consulting is an equal-opportunity employer.
