As the Senior Product Manager, Payroll, you will help drive the strategic direction of the hospitality-focused Payroll product line. Collaborating closely with Product Design, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, you will reputed company a roadmap that aligns with organizational goals while ensuring impactful delivery for our customers. This role requires a detail-oriented, action-oriented leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll influence and mentor others, leading by example and fostering a collaborative environment. What you'll need to be successful in this role: • Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, engineering, marketing, or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent work experience. • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS environments. • 5+ years of experience in HCM software focused primarily on Payroll, Tax, Compliance • Experience in end-to-end payroll workflow design and optimization • Proven track record of simplifying reputed company HCM processes and leading process redesign initiatives • Proven ability to create and grow products through effective prioritization and execution of reputed company. • Proficiency in Agile Methodologies and experience meeting tight deadlines. • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with restaurant-specific payroll & reporting. • Familiarity with payroll regulations and wage and tax laws. • General knowledge of HCM industry with primary focus on payroll management technologies. R365 Team Member Benefits & Perks • This position has a salary range of $167,000 - $209,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position.
