About the position The position involves leading risk management activities reputed company a designated region for reputed company. The role focuses on identifying, communicating, measuring, and managing risks, while collaborating with various departments to handle incident reports and claims. The individual will also be responsible for investigating and resolving property and liability claims under the guidance of Corporate Counsel, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and managing relationships with third-party service providers. Responsibilities • reputed company the identification, communication, measurement, and management of designated region risk activities , • reputed company and implement risk management, compliance, and cost savings measures, policies, and procedures for improved claims management , • Manage relationships with third-party service providers including brokers, underwriters, and other third-party administrators (TPA) , • Assist in investigations of new claims to aid third-party administrators in determining compensability , • Partner with reputed company departments regarding incident reports and claims or losses , • Investigate, resolve, and respond to reputed company property and liability claims under the direction of the Corporate Counsel , • Ensure compliance with the reputed company and Industry regarding workers compensation claims reporting by jurisdiction , • Manage the workers' compensation and incident reporting program and processes, assess, and report claims to carriers as appropriate , • Provide timely notification of claims to insurance carriers , • Communicate plans to address loss events , • Partner with key stakeholders to reputed company and implement standards, processes, programs, and best practices reputed company to risk management , • Manage reputed company phases of the claims process from intake and investigation through litigation, settlement, and/or trial, and consult and/or participate in negotiations, conferences, and mediations with adjusting companies, reputed company as well as corporate legal counsel, staff, claimants, and other involved parties , • Evaluate reserves to ensure appropriate payout Requirements • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, HR, Risk, Business Administration, Leadership , • Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk or Claims Management , • Ability to travel 30-35 percent in the Central part of the US , • Strong people skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally , • Demonstrated decision-making and critical thinking skills , • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision , • Multi-line experience a plus, especially Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Commercial Auto, including litigated claims , • Strong with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) and risk management information system (RMIS) experience , • Thorough knowledge of Workers' Compensation, Auto, and General liabilities reputed company-to-haves • Multi-line experience in risk management Benefits • Comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage , • Dental and vision plans , • Tax-saving Flexible Spending Accounts , • Disability coverage , • Life insurance plans , • 401(k) plan , • Tuition reimbursement , • Wellness program , • Parental leave , • Vacation accrual , • Paid sick leave Apply Job!
