Commercial Insurance Territory Manger

Role Description: NAICO is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Territory Manager to join reputed company and manage agency relationships reputed company the Texas market. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing agency partnerships while identifying new agency opportunities across the territory. The position allows for flexibility, with remote work reputed company not traveling to agencies and the need for 1-2 overnight stays per month. This role requires a candidate who resides near the Dallas Metropolitan Area, Abilene, Amarillo, or a nearby region. A minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience is required, along with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Agency Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agencies to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business growth. New Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new agency opportunities reputed company the designated territory to expand NAICOs reputed company and increase business. Travel: Travel regularly reputed company the Texas territory (1-2 nights of overnight stays per month) to meet with agency owners, producers, and staff. Remote Work: reputed company not visiting agencies, work remotely to manage accounts, address client needs, and support agency growth. Communication: Act as the primary contact for agencies, ensuring effective and consistent communication to maintain positive relationships. Time Management: Prioritize and organize agency visits, follow-reputed company, and administrative tasks to maximize efficiency and meet goals. Reporting & Documentation: reputed company accurate records of reputed company agency interactions, visits, and meetings, and provide regular updates on reputed company and business outcomes. Qualifications: Experience: At least 2 years of commercial insurance experience, with a solid understanding of insurance products and policies. Location: Must reside near the Dallas Metropolitan Area, Abilene, Amarillo, or surrounding areas. Education: A bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
