Required Skills • Significant experience in overseeing complex and litigated transportation claims or other commercial liability claims, particularly within the commercial auto sector. • Proven expertise in collaborating with third-party administrators or claims departments. • Strong capabilities in litigation, negotiation, problem-solving, and mediation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in assessing and evaluating injury claims comprehensively. • Willingness to travel as necessary.
