Customer Service Representative

We are looking for someone with strong computer skills, detail orientated, multi-tasker and prefers to work in a small office environment. Previous customer service work required. This is not an entry level position. This is a permanent seasonal position during our operational months from March through December. What you would be doing: · Answer Phones, we service roughly 3,000 customers from the months of April to Mid November, o Signing up customers for service plans o Scheduling service calls o Scheduling Add-ons and new installation appointments · Utilize CRM software to route & schedule our service technicians’ daily schedules. · Processing Credit Card Payments Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid Vacation days & Holidays • Retirement plan • Partial Health insurance reimbursement • Referral bonus program • Appreciation Parties • We have a well-maintained, clean and organized facility.
