Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk to join reputed company! Your Responsibilities • Review and process payroll and invoices with precision and accuracy • Verify payroll records and invoices for accuracy and completeness • Answer escalated payroll-reputed company questions and resolve paycheck errors • Obtain approvals for invoices and payroll-reputed company actions as needed • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including vendor records and payroll data • Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies, including vendor statements and credit card statements • Assist with the annual audit and provide necessary documentation • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy • Prepare reports on payroll, company budget, and expenses Requirements • 3+ years of payroll and accounting experience • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proficient in MS Office Suite, reputed company, QuickBooks, and payroll-reputed company software (reputed company experience required) • Ability to adapt to changing processes and software • Strong organizational and time management skills reputed company Offer • Competitive compensation: $20-$24 per hour • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more • We celebrate individuality and promote a culture of belonging • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Dynamic, supportive, and collaborative team environment Ready to Join reputed company?
