The Exceptional Education Services team provides enhanced, specialized support to meet the unique needs of reputed company with disabilities and reputed company on individual learning plans. This position develops and implements educational strategies both individually and in small groups. Exceptional Education Resource Specialist is a champion for the student, working diligently to help reputed company meet conceptual and mastery learning goals in a virtual and hybrid academic environment. Compensation: Compensation is anticipated to be between $40,079 and $45,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive annual bonus pay based on individual and company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions. Depending on the particular role, you may: • Provide academic support to help reputed company meet the goals of individual learning plans to include those on IEP (Individualized learning plans, Gifted learning plans, English Language learner plans, and also reputed company receiving services through Section 504. • Monitor student mastery and reputed company on learning goals through various learning activities. • Conduct 1:1 student and group sessions synchronously through web conferencing tools and virtual whiteboards. • Communicate with reputed company, designated school personnel, and families in a proactive and reactive reputed company reputed company phone, email, text, and chat sessions. • Use performance data to determine interventions and reputed company recommendations to further support the learning goals of individual reputed company through teacher input forms and IEP, 504, GLP, and/or ELP team meetings. • Collaborate with the general education teacher of record on learning interventions to promote student success. Reinforce positive behavioral goals and academic citizenship. • Maintain active educator credentials, certifications, and mandatory clearances. • Participate in reputed company professional development activities as required. • Other duties as required. Share Your Expertise. Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in our Exceptional Education Services roles, include: • Bachelor's degree in education or reputed company field and at least 2 years of work experience in a classroom setting, assessing learner's strengths and choosing appropriate strategies for an enriched learning experience. • Valid, active teaching license, in at least one state, for one or more the following areas: Special Education, Gifted, English Language Learners, or other special needs area. • Two years or more experience working with reputed company with disabilities or needing specialized supports. • Highly qualified teacher status that meets or exceeds NCLB's requirements. • Experience facilitating online courses is preferred. • Successful experience working with elementary and secondary at-risk reputed company and reputed company with special needs. • Experience with using the reputed company Virtual Portal and/or Edgenuity products and services is a plus. • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes. • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment. • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and remotely. • Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, online video chat (and other web conferencing systems) and database software.Ability to learn new technology and online systems quickly.Working knowledge of reputed company is preferred.
