Our Enterprise Technology team is currently seeking an IT Asset & Configuration Management Data Quality Auditor to join our growing team in our Worcester, MA office or in a remote work arrangement. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Asset and Configuration Management Data Quality Auditor will work directly with the process team as well as an extended virtual team to support a configuration management auditing and data management processes. The Asset and Configuration Management Data Quality Auditor will need operational knowledge of the business policies and infrastructure supporting The Hanover applications and will be expected to collaborate with multiple groups to construct and support the configuration management database auditing processes. This is a technical position, and the candidate must be an excellent communicator with the ability to directly work with business partners, management and other technology teams reputed company the organization. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Contribute to the standardizing of the audit creation process Plan, build, run audit schedules and review sessions Manage intake requests for reported data quality issues Respond to reputed company requests for data audits and shared reporting requests Ensure CMDB data completeness Review and report on data integration exceptions and assign to proper owners for correction Create and manage operational data reports reputed company deigned and regression testing for reputed company tools reputed company to our used in data auditing Provide expertise in design, maintenance, and delivery of training for Asset and Configuration Management as it pertains to auditing. Partner with the Asset and Configuration Manager to build effective reporting for change, incident and problem management WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a computer reputed company field Understanding of software architecture and underlying infrastructure requirements including network, storage, operating systems, database, and middleware Minimum 2 years of working experience with technology operations Minimum 2 years of working experience with databases strongly desired Experience creating application or business service models is helpful Experience working with project managers, architects, and platform teams Experience with IT Service management process (i.e. incident, problem, change, etc.) desired reputed company platform experience or other Service Manager or Asset Manager experience desired ITIL Foundations Certified desired Prior Property and Casualty experience a plus but not required.
