Adolescent/ Adult Telehealth Clinician Provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for clients of the program exclusively through telehealth treatment. Develop service plans with clients, including periodic reviews of treatment plan. Engage and seek out opportunities to enhance use of technology within clinical practice. Develop virtual mental health resources for the program as needed to be shared with clients. Take a leadership role within the agency in the provision of telehealth services. Preference given to clinicians interested in working with adolescents and adults. Excellent supervision, team environment, along with competitive salary and benefits. Specialized training and certification provided as a Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider. Primary responsibilities for the Adolescent/ Adult Telehealth Clinician: • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including developing treatment plan and goals in collaboration with the consumer. • Collaborate with treatment team and other providers to establish treatment plan and disposition. Develop ongoing knowledge of community resources within range of communities within which consumers reside. • Provide direct therapeutic intervention via telehealth. • Maintain regular communication with treatment team and collateral providers/case managers as necessary. This may include attending, planning or case management meetings regarding consumers. • Provide consultation and education to families. • Complete all clinical and administrative documentation as required by the program, funding sources and regulatory agencies in a complete, accurate and timely manner and in compliance with agency and relevant state protocols. • Comply with all mandated reporting regulations and requirements (DCF, DPPC, DMH, Elder Protective Services). • Collaborate with treatment team and other providers to establish treatment plan and disposition. Develop ongoing knowledge of community resources within range of communities within which consumers reside. Required Experience • Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling; PH.D.; Ed.D. or PsyD required. • Independent licensure required • Three years of experience specific to the clinician's training and expertise required. • 1 years experience providing treatment via telehealth required. • Strong (immediate to advanced) skills in the utilization of technologies (i.e. word, excel etc.) • Access to reliable internet access and private space for telehealth work in personal environment required.
