Job Description

Job Summary: The Product Management Consultant II supports Product Managers by performing business analytics, and supporting execution and implementation of regional and state business goals. including product line launches and strategies, reputed company/rule revisions, new product development, product filings and process improvements. A successful consultant will support decisions using a variety of data sources along with providing recommendations and effectively communicate findings to internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with several internal customers in areas such as Line Management, reputed company, and other teams. Assists in the development of opportunities to improve state and product strategies, business production, and coordinate with other areas to implement improvements. Understands P&L, key insurance metrics, and finance report data is preferred. Leverages available data sources/tools, reports and measurement processes. Supports strategic business decisions by pulling data and monitoring key business metrics to identify emerging trends and opportunities for state management teams. Generates periodically reports and exhibits reflecting growth, retention and profitability metrics Assists in development of new products by helping reputed company compliance review, competitive analysis and building supporting data analysis/exhibits Works closely with product manager to implement rating plan enhancements and coordinate various state filings Performs industry level research and monitors competitor filing activity reputed company assigned region Collaborates closely with project implementation team and other internal departments to ensure accurate implementation of various projects Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have supervisory duties Preferred Qualifications: Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 2 or more years of reputed company experience preferably with NGIC Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None Functional Skills Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint) Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn new applications and systems and process reputed company data from multiple sources Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with SQL In-depth knowledge of NPS system

Compensation
