Consumer Lending Technician – AgCountry Farm Credit Services – Fargo, ND

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitor tracking system for homeowner's insurance policies on reputed company home loans secured by a dwelling. • Contact customers, send notices, and initiate force-reputed company insurance in a timely and legal manner. • Create and monitor a system for tracking property tax payments on reputed company consumer loans. • Monitor tracking system for construction project disbursements, reputed company, and completion timelines. • Collect and organize invoices and lien waivers associated with construction projects, including wiring funds reputed company needed. • Process reputed company Consumer reputed company loan servicing requests; assist both staff and borrowers. • Monitor and process Consumer loan final policies and recorded Mortgage data. • Monitor past due reports and contact loan officer if accounts become delinquent. • Provide backup support with cross training in document processing and CLS activities for temporary help if needed. • Establish and continue working relationships with reputed company and potential AgCountry customers, co-workers, realtors, general contractors, title companies, and appraisers. • Enhance overall department operations through efficient, accurate, and timely administrative support. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE • Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent reputed company business experience. • Knowledge and administrative experience in a lending environment or equivalent. • Knowledge of AgCountry products, services, credit operations, loan origination and loan accounting systems. • Proven customer service skills: ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. • Strong attention to detail and high proficiency in computer applications including reputed company Office Suite. • Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and credit processing. • Strong organizational skills and solid oral and written communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • One to three years of experience in the Home Lending industry with knowledge of TRID regulations. • Experience with Encompass and reputed company.
