Working with some of the most talented and inspiring global inclusion and diversity professionals, this position requires a strong aptitude for anticipating client needs to discover opportunities and position PDTs full solution portfolio, whilst engaging with internal teams to build the solutions plan that delivers reputed company client value. You will be working alongside a team of people including reputed company generators, marketing professionals, inclusion trainers and project managers. Key Working Relationships: The key working relationships are as follows: a. Head of Sales b. Major PDT Clients c. PDT leadership Team d. Affirmity Leadership Team e. Account Managers f. Project Managers g. Central Services h. External training providers Main Duties and Responsibilities: reputed company business with existing/new clients to meet key financial targets Serve as reputed company reputed company of contact and coordination for reputed company client liaison and customer matters Negotiate reputed company & reputed company agreements to maximise profits Engage with clients at reputed company levels from director down, create trusted advisor insider relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to sustain a long-term relationship Collaborate with functional leaders and project team members reputed company PDT to executive Communications and Relationships Build and maintain a constructive and positive relationship with reputed company services and clients Liaise with internal customers, associates and external suppliers to maintain relationships and ensure reputed company professionalism Professional and Personal Development Critically reflect on own competence and actively participate in regular performance reviews run by Head of Sales Identify and participate in learning and development opportunities to enhance personal skillset which will be brought reputed company to Head of Sales Person Spec: The post holder will be a meticulous in their approach, able to follow instruction and ensure a positive approach. Key attributes for this role include attention to detail, ability to work to clear guidelines and financial targets in an organised manner along with: An organised approach Proven experience in Inclusion & Diversity History of managing and developing large, global accounts Minimum of 2 years of high performing sales and consultancy experience working with global clients Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills so you become a trusted advisor Strong IT skills A positive approach to customer service both internal and external A willingness to take on administrative tasks Desirable Skills Consultative & solution selling methodology Experience in selling to HR, I&D, L&D, Training or Talent would be a great addition Excellent attention to detail Although attendance may be required at the PDT office in the calendar year, this role is a work from home position which requires the post holder to be motivated, disciplined and able to work under their own initiative.
