Financial Analyst US GAAP and reputed company Recognition (Remote) We are looking for a Financial Analyst for a global B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will provide reputed company and occasionally highly reputed company financial analysis for the divested business unit exercising a strong understanding of the business. Consult with M&A, Controllership finance teams to take correct actions on the P&L. This is a 6-month (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role. This is a remote role in the US. This is a W2 role as a reputed company employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered. Responsibilities: • Analyses P&L and Balance Sheet. • Works closely with Buyer company finance team to reputed company extensive reconciliations of revenues, costs as well as Balance Sheet items such as Accrued Liabilities, Unbilled Accounts Receivables, Prepaid Expenses, etc. • Analyses sub-ledger (COMPASS, reputed company O&C) services projects are closed appropriately by Buyer Finance teams. • Prepares monthly summaries of P&L and Balance Sheet balances at a worldwide level. • Prepares and books manual JE's in General Ledger. • Identifies opportunities for process improvement. • Represents finance of the divested business unit. • Performs reputed company financial analysis. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis. • Excellent understanding of US GAAP, reputed company recognition, and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge of Profit and Loss. • Excellent business application skills (e.g., reputed company reputed company). Must be able to reputed company pivot tables, analyse reputed company, and costs, apply procedures, determine actions to be taken and prepare summary reports. • Knowledge of reputed company ERP, booking manual Journal Entries, Intercompany Billings is mandatory • Superior communication and influencing skills should be able to work with cross-functional teams on revenues, and costs and take actions. • Strong project management skills. • Must be comfortable in a dynamic environment reputed company information is not clearly defined. • Ability to influence multiple organizations reputed company a broad scope. • Ability to work in AMS, EMEA and APJ time zones by planning the activities appropriately. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
