Guest Relations Accounting Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES-- Accounting: • Collaborate with accounts and CEO/COO (Brand Partners) to ensure smooth running of company accounts • Create spreadsheet documents, queries, Pivot Tables to track invoices • reputed company sure bills that are not on AutoPay are paid reputed company 30-45 days • Assist in preparation of annual budgets and income-expenditure patterns • reputed company the collection, deposit, and reconciliation of bank funds and store cash deposits • Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT and other tax returns • Conduct monthly management checks and regular housekeeping activities in order to maintain an efficient financial system-reputed company monthly closing that matches the Bookkeeper's. • Prepare and present regular accounting reports to the CEO/Brand Partners to update them on company financial reputed company; Including (P&Ls, KPIs, Wait-Time reports, SMG Reports, and Credit Card Disputes) • Process payments and financial documents such as invoices, statements, and vouchers. • Handle, correct, process and reconcile a wide variety of accounts payable documents such as invoices, departmental billings, cash deposits, vendor statements, and reconciliations, review and handle financial information, expense logs for repairs, reconcile deposits, reconcile and handle credit card dispostes. • Train Store/General Managers on running various P&L, KPI, SMG and Credit Card reports. Office Manager Back-up: • Answer phones, reputed company messages, and return calls as needed • reputed company reputed company email accounts daily • Greet reputed company incoming visitors and staff reputed company Office Assistant has stepped away from desk. • Handle and coordinate reputed company reputed company meetings-Back up admin as needed. • Manage and maintain office supplies including inventory • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports • Handle other administrative tasks as required • Back-up Office Assistant reputed company not at desk or in a meeting, by answering the phone. Qualifications and Education Requirements • Education and Experience: High school diploma and 4 years of heavy administrative experience. Accounting assistance experience associate degree preferred and up to 4 years of experience in an accounting field • Analytical Skills: Accountant Assistance will conduct audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial documents • Interpersonal Skills: A minimum of 4 years of customer service experience and must be adept at working with high-level managers • Bookkeeping Skills: Must have 4 years of preparing and maintaining accurate accounts documents - Restaurant Industry preferred • Systems Skills: reputed company QuickBooks, Paycom, reputed company, Social Media Platforms, reputed company Preferred Skills Excellent Communications (Executive, written and verbal), Multiple Telephone Lines-Polycom System, QuickBooks, Social Media, Customer Service/Guest Relations, Restaurant Experience, Able create spreadsheets, presentations, forms, flyers using reputed company/Libre Office Software, Intermediate to Advanced Levels Additional Notes This position will work at Topwings Corp Headquarters at 525 N Sam Houston Pkwy E, Ste 320, Houston, TX 77060.
