About the position The Vice President, Specialty Strategy and Growth is a pivotal role reputed company reputed company Specialty Pharmacy, the fourth-largest specialty pharmacy in the United States. This executive position is responsible for shaping and executing the broad strategy and growth initiatives for the organization. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. , • 10 or more years of experience in the Healthcare Industry and Specialty Pharmacy. , • 8 or more years of management experience in a reputed company field. , • Strong external network in Specialty Pharmacy and Pharma. , • Deep specialty pharmacy experience with a proven record of success in delivering clinical and financial results. , • Experience working with clients and supporting RFPs with Manufacturers and Payors. , • Experience with overarching clinical strategy and/or programs. , • Experience leading sales initiatives in the specialty pharmacy sector. , • Knowledgeable about service delivery in the pharmacy business, understanding the natural tension between operations and strategy. reputed company-to-haves • Master's Degree in a relevant field preferred. , • Specialty Pharmacy operations experience preferred.
