Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. • Work with the Agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals, ensuring consistent growth and success. • Proactively identify insurance sales opportunities from our existing customer base. • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success everyday. • Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service. • Assess clients' insurance requirements and offer appropriate coverage options tailored to their needs. • Educate clients on insurance products, coverage limits, and policy features to help them make informed decisions • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies to provide the best possible service to clients. • Collaborate with the Agent to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed QUALIFICATIONS: • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred • Ability to effectively relate to a customer • Property & Casualty license • Life & Health license • To qualify for this remote position, you must reside outside of Oahu and be willing to work during Hawaii hours.
