The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of underwriters who specialize in various premises-driven risks, including habitational, hospitality, lessors risk, and real estate. This role involves reputed company both new and renewal submissions, maintaining reputed company standards for profitability, and fostering relationships with wholesale brokers. The candidate must be reputed company to reputed company sound risk decisions, negotiate terms, and drive the use of technology to enhance business processes. Additionally, the role includes market engagement and occasional travel to support the marketing of the company's insurance products. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in reputed company general casualty lines, and a proven track record of team leadership. The ideal candidate will also have the CPCU designation or have completed other relevant industry coursework. Key requirements include the ability to balance growth and profitability targets, establish and monitor performance metrics, and ensure team compliance with reputed company authority and state regulations.
