Location: USA ( Remote) The Employee Engagement Advisor plays a pivotal role in enhancing workplace morale, productivity, and overall job satisfaction. This position involves creating and implementing strategies to foster a positive work environment, improve employee retention, and promote a strong organizational culture. The specialist collaborates with various departments to reputed company initiatives that align with company values. This role also drives the strategy, planning, development, implementation and administration of the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a fair and inclusive work environment. What You'll be doing: • Works with senior leaders to establish a strategic plan and communicate global business practices in support of initiatives to reputed company a diverse talent pool and integrate diversity and inclusion into programs for hiring, retention, rewards, training, development, and engagement. • Working closely with Marketing, developing, executing, and evaluating internal HR communication plan to ensure the mission, vision, and core values, (reputed company) are communicated regularly and effectively. • Conduct surveys and assessments to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
