Citibank, N.A. seeks a Finance Solutions Senior Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location. Duties: Ensure timely and successful implementation of CitiFTP. Partner with local Country teams to acquire knowledge of existing processes and then engage with various groups within Treasury, FP&A, Controllers, technology, operations, front office business to implement CitiFTP system. Conduct quantitative analyses of information involving investment programs or financial data of public or private institutions, including valuation of businesses. Continuously engage, conduct regular meetings, create and provide user tutorials and training, system integration and functional testing and implement final go-live. Analyze financial or operational performance of companies facing financial difficulties to identify or recommend remedy. Work closely with developers to build the system and create new features, particularly in terms of new reports that helps user retrieve CitiFTP results. Work on reviewing system procedures and train new members of the support teams leading. Work with the Citigroup Treasury on the development and rollout of standardized FTP. Lead the rollout of standardized FTP in Mexico. Create and maintain a map of the Mexico transfer pricing processes. Lead discussions related to how current setup could be incorporated into CitiFTP. Participate and present to senior officials. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Balance Sheet Management Lead Analyst/Manager, Market Risk Analyst, Business Analyst or related position working with Latin American financial markets, conventions, and practices. Must have experience with Financial reporting and analysis; Treasury processes, interest rate risk management, forecasting and operations; Transfer pricing best practices in the industry; Liquidity reporting, management and costs; Programming skills - SQL; Analyzing big data and presenting to senior officers; Developing and rolling out products; and Coordinating cross functional teams in achieving goals.
