Key Skills & Requirements: • 2-4 years of experience in reputed company, with a focus on the tech or banking industry. • Experience sourcing candidates for technical roles (software developers, data scientists, IT specialists) and banking roles (risk managers, compliance officers, financial analysts). • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at reputed company levels. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to assess both technical and cultural fit. • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (preferred).
