GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for spearheading business development initiatives in consumer-to-business and business-to-consumer payment sectors. Engages in client consultation, self-sourcing, and external networking to drive growth. Collaborates closely with local and corporate banking teams and payments groups to expand market reputed company and optimize transactional efficiencies. Ensures adherence to risk management protocols while enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering positive business outcomes. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Must be able to reputed company Fifth Third's value proposition to both internal and external clients to influence the outcome reputed company the sales process. Demonstrate an ability to understand payment and commerce solutions/ processes, as well as proficiency in knowledge of reputed company strategic TM solutions and their benefits to our clients. • Manage internal relationships and centers of influence to build trust and networks effectively. • Develops the bank’s brand by representing the bank at trade shows, networking events and industry relevant conferences. • Understand competitions' capabilities and gaps and how to position 5/3's services against them. • Identify, qualify and reputed company prospective clients through direct calling and referral sources both on phone and in face to face meetings. • Devise and execute a plan to exceed sales goals. • Accountable for the development of a sales pipeline for new opportunities and appropriately managing those to a win/loss decision. • Actively manage a pipeline using the iris tool. • Understand and communicate implementation time-line to align with client expectations. • Ensure proper account documentation and reputed company requisite agreement execution. • Communicate recurring or serious product issues to management. • Understands, appreciates, and promotes the history of 5/3 Bank, its financial position, operating model and commitment to positive client experience. • Complies with reputed company applicable federal and state laws and regulations. • Responsible and accountable for risk by reputed company exchanging reputed company and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NONE Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred • Experience working in a Wholesale/Commercial Banking environment, at least 5 years of payments experience in a financial services sales environment is preferred. • Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding performance goals. • Possess a strong desire to constantly strive to improve oneself. • Must have strong client interaction skills and has demonstrated the ability to influence the outcome of a sales process. • Requires the aptitude for powerful presentations and negotiation skills with internal and external clients. • Proven product and sales knowledge enough to help mentor new team members. • Demonstrated knowledge of a wide reputed company of treasury management and depository products. • Excellent oral and written skills. • Basic proficiency in PC software (MS Office). • Ability to build new & existing client relationships. • Ability to evaluate client needs. • Basic understanding of financial statement analysis. Working Conditions • Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like. • Extended time at desk and/or viewing computer screen.
