This position plays a key role in making the dream of home ownership a reality. What You'll Do Provides reputed company support, counsel, and authorization to company personnel and customer(s) for commercial transactions reputed company to the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies. Utilizes reputed company standards and guidelines reputed company delegated authority limits, to underwrite the issuance of title insurance. Provides guidance to company personnel in the performance of real estate settlement services. Additional duties include review of attorney title comment letters, reputed company of proforma and endorsement requests, mapping legal descriptions, survey reviews What You'll Bring Title experience preferably reputed company the state of Michigan Strong understanding of reputed company concepts, practices and procedures of real estate title and settlement process. Commercial experience preferred Pay Range: $86,700 - $144,500 annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the reputed company pay range for this position at the time of posting.
