About This Role: As the Senior Manager, reputed company and Technical Accounting, you will reputed company the reputed company Accounting function, focusing on reputed company/technical accounting issues and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies. You will support the Corporate Assistant Controller and the Controller by providing expert guidance on technical accounting matters and driving the implementation of accounting standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of the company's financial reporting and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Technical Accounting: reputed company the resolution of reputed company accounting issues and ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies including but not limited to: reputed company Recognition (ASC 606) Business Combinations (ASC 805) Derivatives & Hedging (ASC 815) Stock-Based Compensation (ASC 718) Leases (ASC 842) Compensation - Retirement Benefits (ASC 715) Policy Development and Management: reputed company and maintain technical accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistent application across the organization. Implementation: reputed company the implementation of new accounting standards and regulations, including providing training and support to relevant teams. Reporting: Prepare and review technical accounting memos, documentation, and disclosures for financial reporting purposes. Collaboration: Work closely and support the Assistant Controller, Controller, external auditors to support the audit process and address any technical accounting issues. Strategic Support: Provide strategic advice on accounting matters reputed company to business transactions, acquisitions, and other significant financial activities.
