Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a Student Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our students, providing exceptional support and guidance primarily in the areas of bookkeeping/accounting concepts and QuickBooks Online. Your role will involve resolving student inquiries, providing training, coaching, technical assistance, and ensuring overall student satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Respond to student inquiries and provide assistance via email, our Facebook group, and on weekly Zoom coaching calls • Troubleshoot and resolve student issues related to bookkeeping/accounting, QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QBO Payroll • Utilize accounting and bookkeeping knowledge to address student questions and concerns effectively • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards students at all times • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex student issues • Actively contribute to the improvement of our student support processes and procedures Requirements: • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QBO Payroll • Strong accounting/bookkeeping background • Exceptional written communication skills • Strong technology skills, including proficiency in using Chrome, Gmail, Zoom, Loom, etc. • Positive attitude and passion for helping others • Proven problem-solving abilities • Availability to work weekends • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer support • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) How to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications for the position.
