About the position The Investment Banking Analyst position at Baird focuses on providing analytical support within the Real Estate Team. The role involves assisting in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial advisory services, while also preparing company valuations, financial models, and client presentations. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in transaction processes and develop skills through close collaboration with both junior and senior bankers. Responsibilities • Provide analytical support on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and financial advisory services. , • Assist in the preparation of company valuations and financial models. , • Create company marketing documents and client presentations. , • Conduct research and various analyses to support new business generation. , • Work closely with junior and senior bankers to develop skills and gain experience. Requirements • 2 years of full-time work experience in investment banking or real estate investment/transactional experience. , • Proven academic record with a passion for Finance. , • Excellent mathematical, writing, verbal, and computer skills. , • SIE and Series 79 licensing preferred or the ability to quickly obtain.
