Project Manager, Data Governance

reputed company Need The Project Manager, Data Governance is responsible for driving the execution of data governance projects and initiatives across BCBSMA, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and data strategy. This role focuses on project coordination, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement to support the adoption and integration of data governance practices. The PMO will also track key metrics and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that improve data quality, usability, and compliance. We Are Looking For: • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). • Experience in managing cross-functional projects with competing priorities. • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH). • Experience with data governance tools such as Informatica, reputed company, or other similar platforms. • Understanding of cloud-based data management platforms and their integration with governance processes • Demonstrated experience in managing project risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between diverse teams and effectively manage stakeholder expectations. • Knowledge of healthcare data domains, including enrollment, claims, and clinical data, is preferred.
