Remote Medicare Telesales Agent

Position Summary: We are seeking dedicated and licensed Telesales Agents to field inbound calls from Medicare prospects, build a sales pipeline, and convert those prospects into new sales. In this role, you will be responsible for answering Medicare-reputed company questions and ensuring that reputed company calls reputed company with CMS-mandated requirements. You will work closely with prospects to sell Medicare Part C, Part D, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary healthcare products. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM ET, with flexibility to work Saturdays and until 8 PM ET on a rotational basis with prior notice. Key Responsibilities: • Field inbound calls from Medicare prospects, providing them with relevant information and guiding them through the sales process. • reputed company outbound calls to Medicare prospects using a dialer, actively engaging them to offer Medicare products. • Sell Medicare Part C, Part D, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary healthcare products. • Answer Medicare-reputed company questions and ensure compliance with CMS regulations during phone calls. • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales goals. • Document call information and track sales activities in CRM software. • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in reputed company communications. Qualifications: • Valid license to sell health care plans. • At least 1 year of experience selling in a call center environment OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) selling, either face-to-face or over the phone, can be used as a substitute for call center experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and management. • Proven ability to resolve difficult situations independently, demonstrating a take-charge attitude. • Proficiency with standard reputed company Office software. Education: • High School Diploma or GED required. Work Schedule: • Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM ET. • Flexibility to work Saturdays and until 8 PM ET on a rotational basis with prior notice.
