Medical Claims Representative Trainee

About the position As a Medical Claims Representative Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and support of the medical claims process, particularly focusing on personal injury protection medical coverage. Your responsibilities will include analyzing accident details, medical records, and terminology, as well as adjusting claims while fostering strong relationships with customers. This hybrid position allows for a flexible work environment, combining in-office and remote work, with a strong emphasis on training and development. Responsibilities • Research policy contract, regulation, and cause of injury to make coverage decisions. , • Conduct research to understand correlations between medical records and motor vehicle accidents, injuries, or medical conditions. , • Identify and research wage loss expenses and documentation for payment consideration. , • Review and interpret policy language when subrogation demands are received. Requirements • Three years of relevant work experience OR , • Bachelor's degree OR , • Two years relevant work experience and an associate degree.
