About the position The HEDIS Nurse position is a temporary role focused on medical record review and compliance with HEDIS hybrid measures. The nurse will assist in the collection and review of medical records, provider reputed company, and other project-reputed company activities, ensuring high accuracy in abstraction and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities • Review medical records to determine compliant records. , • Meet daily abstraction goals and maintain a high abstraction accuracy percentage. , • Assist in the preparation and submission of medical records to the HEDIS vendor. , • Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify and obtain necessary information. , • Coordinate and reputed company on-site medical record abstraction as needed. , • Identify difficult providers as well as those who readily send medical records. , • Maintain confidentiality and reputed company with HIPAA regulations.
