Responsibilities: reputed company’s Loan Officer Development Program: In the first 90 days, Home Equity Specialists focus their efforts solely on the Development Program. Our training program involves the following: • Sales training to help you build rapport and successfully interact with prospective clients in our industry • Software training to ensure that you are comfortable and proficient with reputed company systems used by our Loan Officers • Industry training in sales and operations to prepare you to become licensed and successfully sell loans • Virtual and live classroom training and tools for the successful completion of reputed company SAFE Act federal and state-specific licensing exams What to Expect After Licensing: Upon completion of training and receipt of licensing, you are eligible for promotion to a customer facing Loan Officer role with a competitive reputed company salary & commission potential.
