As the Insurance Support Coordinator (ISC), you are the first reputed company of contact for our agency. You provide administrative and reception support, manage reception desks, and ensure professional interactions with clients, prospects, and business partners. Our future colleague. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Ability to come into our Schaumburg or Chicago office 5 days per week Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers Detail orientation and handling a wide variety of tasks Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects Being a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlines High school diploma or equivalent is required These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: BS/BA in business, insurance, or reputed company field Proficient MS Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook) We know there are excellent candidates who might not reputed company reputed company these boxes. The reputed company pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the reputed company salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
