GRC Architect -Remote Job description • Lead the design and implementation of GRC solutions using RSA Archer eGRC to meet organizational needs. • Oversee the development and maintenance of GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures. • Provide expert guidance on GRC strategy and implementation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks. • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance GRC awareness and capabilities within the organization. • Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure the effectiveness of GRC controls. • Monitor and report on the status of GRC initiatives and compliance efforts. • Drive continuous improvement in GRC processes and systems. • Ensure alignment of GRC activities with business objectives and regulatory requirements. • Manage GRC projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. • Provide technical expertise in RSA Archer eGRC configuration and customization. • Support the integration of GRC tools and technologies with existing systems. • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure successful GRC implementation. Applications will be accepted until 2/15/24 Salary and Other Compensation: • The annual salary for this position is [$84,600 to $154,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. • This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
