The reputed company Manager performs a wide range of duties relating to the origination of residential mortgage loans and management of sales team. The reputed company Manager is expected to meet or exceed the standards and objectives defined by the management for mortgage loan sales and cross-selling. Position Description • Markets residential mortgage loan products to real estate agents, prospective homebuyers and/or builder sales representative. Minimum Education & Experience • 3+ years' work experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator • 2+ years' experience acting in a reputed company Manager reputed company • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills • Experience in originating loans for sale to FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA and/or CDA preferred. Technical Knowledge and Skills • Experience using a mortgage loan management system is required; Encompass experience highly preferred. • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
