Substitute teachers will work on an as-needed basis. Bonuses will be awarded for hours worked each month as follows: payment of $150 after completing 30 hours of substitute teaching per month, an additional payment of $200 after completing 60 hours of substitute teaching per month, and an additional payment of $200 after completing 90 hours of substitute teaching per month. • EVALUATION: Performance of this position will be evaluated by the Director of Personnel and Planning with input from the Building Principal and absent teacher.
