The Tutoring Company (TTC) is seeking passionate and qualified educators to join our team of tutors in the Daytona, FL area. We provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to K-12 students in various subjects, and we're looking for individuals who share our commitment to student success. Why Tutor with TTC... We Handle the Rest: Focus on teaching, not admin work. We take care of finding clients, scheduling, and payment processing. Competitive Pay: We value your expertise and offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective one-on-one tutoring sessions to K-12 students. Assess student needs and develop individualized learning plans. Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians. Create a positive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications: Valid Florida Teaching Certificate: This is a MUST to be considered for this role. Bachelor's Degree: In Education or a related field. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with students and effectively communicate complex concepts.
