Status: M-F, Full-time Compensation: $21.00 Hourly + Monthly Bonus Responsibilities: Build relationships with hiring managers; to connect regarding hiring needs and recruiting strategies Manage relations between the HR Department and General Managers of branches Provide initial phone screening with candidates to set proper expectations about each role Work in a team-based environment to support hiring managers in reaching goals and hiring priorities Qualifications: Ability to set and achieve goals independently Passionate about exceeding expectations and going the extra mile to achieve goals Willingness to communicate with hiring managers via email, phone, and in-person Basic Microsoft Suite Knowledge Benefits: Employees and their families can enroll in medical, dental, vision, disability, accident, and basic life insurance.
