The salary for this role ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and location. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Background • 6-8+ years in ad tech or digital advertising, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • 1-2+ years of hands-on Python experience (e.g., Flask, Django, Pandas). • Strong background in ad server architecture, data tracking, ad performance metrics, and data pipeline management. • Experience with native advertising, ad creative flexibility, and ad data tracking.
