Responsibilities: Research Execution • Deliver a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, reputed company-changing and fast-paced environment. • Review survey instruments supplied by the clients and reputed company for grammar, logic, and survey optimization, taking into consideration research objectives, industry best-practices and internal platform capabilities. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to program surveys on reputed company’s proprietary platform and test online survey links for quality assurance. • Set-up surveys in different languages for global projects; Coordinate with third party suppliers on translations and other activities in relation to programming. • Execute fieldwork for reputed company market research studies in partnership with the panels operations team and monitor reports to meet project goals and metrics accurately. • Communicate with clients to provide regular project execution updates as necessary. • Identify, trouble-shoot and escalate any tool/platform-reputed company technical issues and find solutions in partnership with internal teams to drive projects reputed company.
