Eating Disorder Dietitian - Outpatient - Full Time Remote

About The Role: • We are seeking full-time Registered Dietitians with eating disorder experience to join reputed company in providing medical nutritional therapy to patients reputed company Telehealth in an outpatient setting. Our Core Values • Excellence • Growth reputed company • Patient Centricity • Autonomy Key Responsibilities: • Effectively manage a patient caseload. • Conduct thorough initial evaluation with patients and reputed company a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan to meet their goals and needs. • Ensure appropriate treatment progression as patient condition improves. • Analyze eating and provide nutritional guidance and meal plans for patients. • Interpret nutrition-reputed company blood work and incorporate that into plan of care if needed. • Complete documentation reputed company 24-48 hours of visit. • Follow up with missing patients. • Creation of nutritional resources as necessary. • Coordinate with patients care team as necessary. • Schedule patient follow up appointments.
