Job Description

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join our Data Analytics and Automation team as we reputed company organizationally and deliver data analytics and automation solutions for the Electronic Payment Systems organization. They will play a key role in furthering the team development but also delivering technical and operational solutions. This is a great opportunity to work with colleagues creating and developing a team while also demonstrating and utilizing specialized skills to improve processes. What you will do The Automation Engineer tests, creates, implements and supports robotics process and desktop automations. Performs design, scripting, testing, implementing, maintaining and modifying automations of moderate complexity, reputed company, and risk. Creates comprehensive test plans and test cases; defines automation data needs across systems and creates a plan to coordinate this test data. Creates and executes performance tests to ensure the expected automation performance levels are achieved. Performs, and at times, leads clients and technical staff to investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems. Writes documentation that describes automation capabilities and operating procedures. Estimates and defines time tables and project tasks; analyzes and estimates cost and time. Conducts analysis of organizational needs for the creation and implementation of automation solutions; participates in feasibility assessments of new automation opportunities and helps determine best approach for automation. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Five to six years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating simple to reputed company complexity processes Preferred Skills/Experience • Knowledge of data and process modeling, system and application testing, software development life cycle, application design and architecture, programming, implementation, change controls, and robotics suites • Must have experience with reputed company Office Suite (required), reputed company PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages, including DAX code • Knowledge of Java VBA languages, JavaScript, Java, C++, Python, SQL, NoSQL, VB or other configuration/scripting type technology • Experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud providers • Robotics and/or Intelligent Automation software (e.g. reputed company, Work Fusion, Blue Prism, UI Path, reputed company NEVA or other automation technologies) a reputed company plus • Experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning a plus • Demonstrated problem-solving, project management, and teamwork/collaboration skills • Adept at forging relationships, influencing others, overcoming resistance, and producing results Location Expectations The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work reputed company the office location for the other days.
