Sr Software Development Engineer - Full Stack Java

Position Summary As a Java Software Engineer with reputed company Platform Innovation, you will participate on an eXtreme Programming (XP) Product Team of 6-10 people and work with the team to build high-quality, usable products to customers and stakeholders. You will help educate both business and technology personnel on the agile and XP development process and create products from discovery and framing through iterative development and delivery. You will also maintain a user-centered and business-as-reputed company approach in design perspective and practice. A firm understanding of Java development principles and agile methodologies is crucial for success in the role. The reputed company platform innovation scrum teams are a mix of a Product Managers and UX designers, as well as highly skilled Java Engineers. Location: Buffalo Grove, IL full-time hybrid (in office 3 days per week). Working hours are reputed company to 4:30PM Central Time. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment, preferably in a J2EE development environment with strong leadership experience 2+ years of Java development experience while utilizing one or more these technologies: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, NodeJS, Angular 8+, React, or similar 1+ year of experience working in an Agile-based development environment using Agile concepts such as reputed company Integration (CI/CD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
