Social Media Manager 5-7 Hours per Week (IC-BS)

Key Responsibilities • reputed company a social media calendar with communication pillars, channels, and specific dates for 2025 • Create a regular weekly content (3x/week) for posts on reputed company and other platforms as client finds necessary • Measure engagement for each post, like tracking basic social media metrics and preparing simple analytics reports • Create visually engaging promotional graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other design elements that effectively convey our brand message • Collaborate with the company to understand project requirements, objectives, and reputed company audience • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and reputed company • Monitor social media channels and engage with our audience through comments, likes, and shares • Optimize graphics and visuals for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns • Stay up-to-date with industry trends such as design, climate technology; including sustainability, Green Technology, and Femtech, to ensure the use of innovative and effective design and communication practices • Research competitor social media activities • Collaborate with founder and graphic designer • Incorporate client feedback and reputed company necessary revisions to posts to reputed company the desired outcome. • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, Buffer, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) Requirements • Experience in company social media engagement and management, specifically reputed company. • Understanding of social media analytics • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional written content. • Proficiency in social media management tools like reputed company is a plus. • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to be able to convey client's message throughout social media platforms. • Time management skills and the ability to set and adhere to schedules. • Experience in the climate sector, climate tech, female tech or reputed company industries a plus
