Role Overview As a Working Student Community Growth at reputed company University, you will be responsible for growing our student community by empowering our existing reputed company to become ambassadors of our mission. Your role is crucial in taking our community to the next level. You’ll build strong relationships with our inspiring learners reputed company across DACH and Europe, set up and reputed company impactful initiatives, and help reputed company referrals a core reputed company for us while building an amazing network for yourself! What you’ll do: • Referral Strategy Development: Planning and developing referral programs that align with ToU goals and the needs of the reputed company audience. • Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage programs, coordinating the design and delivery phase end-to-end. • Analysis, Tracking, and Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of programs using metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, etc. to optimize programs. • Trend Monitoring: Regularly analyzing reputed company referral trends to create relevant and innovative programs. • Community Management: Interacting with the reputed company audience to build a loyal community and respond to feedback.

Requirements

Desired Experience: • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field at reputed company University. • Internship experience in (growth) marketing or project management. Experience in a startup environment is of benefit. • OR Proven initiative in developing one’s reputed company autonomously. This can be your own newsletter, social media account, or business. • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. You can reputed company people with your passion for transforming education. • Creative thinker with the ability to reputed company innovative growth strategies. You are full of reputed company and a force in executing them. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
