You will be responsible for supporting the delivery process, which includes loading and unloading packages, navigating routes, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles with packages. , Work collaboratively with the delivery driver to navigate routes and deliver packages to customers. , Utilize communication skills to coordinate effectively with the driver and provide exceptional customer service. , Handle packages with care and ensure they are delivered in excellent condition. , Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in various weather conditions. , Support the driver in any additional tasks related to the delivery process. Requirements Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. , Experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is a plus. , Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and loading/unloading packages. , Knowledge of operating vans, box trucks, or tractor-trailers is beneficial. , Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
